I have been watching the deterioration of the grand columned revival on the corner for 2 years now. I see from your picture the balcony collapsed. What a shame.

Just last week I noticed construction on the roof. It appears the owner is replacing all or portions of it with new metal.The owner placed his other run-rown house "for sale by owner". Just $11,000 to own a house which will need everything.
