Here's a view of the front. Sylvie Shurgot Real Estate sold this cottage back in February and the new owners have decided to make a couple of small changes to the back of the house.

So here are a few "before" pictures:

The house was very cute already, but the changes are going to make it more practical to live in as well as esthetically pleasing. This is a work in progress and we won't get pictures of the final look for a while, but the following images will give you an idea of what's happening.

Great restoration on a house sold by Sylvie Shurgot

This kitchen was a disaster! There was no room to do anything in there, let alone cook. But these buyers had vision and have turned this house into one of the coolest of this neighborhood.

Two new listings in Dignowity Hill - both under $90,000

The food is great, this is the only place where I will drink coffee other than at home. The prices are amazing and the portions rather large. Come over to our neighborhood and try it; while you're here take a tour and see the changes around Dignowity Hill. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
